Our Embroidery Services Process

Here's the process:
Step 1: Customers submit a design, which we refine and decide how best to embroider it onto apparel (polo shirts, hats, towels, etc.).
Step 2: If the order is for 5+ pieces, we'll provide a digitized version (a proof) to approve beforehand. We won't generate a proof for re-orders or orders of 4 or fewer items, unless the design is complex or you specifically request one via email.
Step 3: Our embroidery team swiftly and skillfully hoops and stitches the logo onto the customer's products.
Step 4: Each garment undergoes a quality assurance inspection wherein fabric and stitches are trimmed, and every piece is rigorously assessed for utmost accuracy.

We guarantee our customers some of the quickest turnaround in the industry, delivering orders 7 to 10 business days after they’re received. However, if you need your products sooner than that (we understand that things happen), we can accommodate even the strictest of deadlines.
While there are a few different types of threads used in the process, two types stand out the most in commercial embroidery – rayon and polyester. Which one is “better” depends mostly upon personal preference and the desired final product. Some prefer the natural shine of rayon, while others prefer the resilient vibrancy of polyester. Regardless of your preference, we aim to provide our customers with as many options as possible – so we offer both.
The recommended size for embroidery designs is four to five inches wide, but we have an excellent reputation for being able to work with our customers. If we can accommodate your request (and we usually can), we’re more than happy to do so.
